Long Term Care (LTC) facilities require a special focus on safety and comfort for residents. Our engineering designs now feature 100% fresh air ventilation for infection prevention, odour control and patient comfort, as well as individual room temperature controls to enable personal preferences. Lighting design in LTC facilities also plays a large part in creating a comfortable atmosphere for long-term residents.

HH Angus designed the mechanical and electrical engineering for this long term care and rehabilitation facility. The 217,000 ft² building features 215 long term care beds, 30 beds for medically complex (chronic) care program, and 10 rehabilitation care beds.
